Artifact #1: Bloom's Taxonomy Guide
This Bloom’s Taxonomy guide provides a great resource for teachers to be able to evaluate if their learning objectives are highly effective and if students are achieving their goals to their highest potential. Bloom’s Taxonomy focuses on the fact that students need to build upon prior knowledge in order to effectively learn new material, and if connections are made, they will understand concepts better. (Standards 7.1, 7.2, 7.4)
Artifact #2: Classroom Teacher Effectiveness Framework
The multiple dimensions form from the Thoughtful Classroom Teacher Effectiveness Framework is an extremely useful tool for teacher's to use to assess their own teaching. This incorporates all 9 dimensions and the components of each one that a teacher should use within their lessons. When planning lessons, this can be a useful tool for teacher's to reference in order to tailor their teaching. This can also help teachers set goals for themselves by identifying which dimensions they may need to emphasize more in their teaching. This is a helpful tool to allow teachers to reflect, as well as plan. (Standards 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4)
